DESMI K&R Pompen B.V. (formerly Kuyl & Rottinghuis) is a member of the pump producer DESMI A/S from Denmark. The mission of DESMI A/S is to develop, manufacture, sell, and service pumps and pumping systems, environmental equipment, and special products related to these areas. The pumps are used in marine and industrial area's. In the marine we mostly supply the engine room and cargo (gas, product and chemical handling) pumps. In the industrial area next to the centrifugal pumps you can think of the Rotan internal gear pumps.
Next to those own DESMI products we also have famous brands as Speck, DVZ-bilge water separators, Steimel cooling water pumps and Caffini diaphragm pumps.
Also we are active in the swimming pool business. We deliver for as well private as the public sector. You can think of sand filters, pumps, built in parts and swimming pools (for the private sector). Some brands are Behncke, OWM-built in parts, Ideal swimming pool ladders and Speck pumps.
The company is more than 50-year active in mostly the Dutch market. Regulary we participate in exhibitions on which you can see our new developments.
